This will help things go very smoothly and will keep everyone organized. I recommend making two lists or each side of the family. Start with the biggest grouping and break it down to the smallest.
Please note: Having one person designated for calling out names when it comes time for family photos is so helpful! Since I will be meeting everyone for the first time, I find that having someone who knows both families calling out names makes the process go much smoother. Thank you!
